Are you an Operations Manager, Business Manager, Office Manager or Commercial Coordinator looking for a varied role where you can oversee the day-to-day running of a growing manufacturing business while working closely with senior management to improve operational efficiency? In this role, you will coordinate business operations across logistics, estimating, sales administration, budgeting and customer communication, acting as the central point between management, suppliers and clients. You'll help improve business processes, monitor performance, manage reporting and support the smooth day-to-day running of the company.

This role would suit an Operations Manager, Business Manager, Office Manager, Commercial Manager, Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator or General Manager with strong organisational skills looking for a varied management role within a successful engineering and manufacturing business.
