This is a key role supporting the smooth running of procurement operations, systems, reporting and governance within a pharmaceutical enviorment.
The Role
You will
- Lead and oversee day-to-day purchasing and procurement operations.
- Ensure processes meet company policies, controls and governance requirements.
- Manage procurement systems, supplier data and reporting.
- Analyse spend, supplier and savings information to identify opportunities.
- Support contract administration, approvals and commercial documentation.
- Build strong relationships across Procurement, Finance, Legal and the wider business.
- Identify and deliver improvements to procurement processes and systems.
- Provide guidance, training and support to stakeholders.
