We’re looking for a motivated and proactive person to join our Complaints Investigation Group (CIG). In this role, you’ll help manage returned products and materials, making sure everything is handled safely, accurately, and in line with quality standards.
What you’ll do:
- Receive, move, and ship returned products and materials
- Pick and prepare items to support complaint investigations
- Keep stock organised using FIFO (First-In, First-Out)
- Update systems to track inventory and movements
- Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous waste
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and well-organised
- Deliver materials to labs when needed (Just-in-Time system)
- Prepare items for shipment to suppliers, warehouses, and other sites
