Summary – Peopleforce Recruitment are delighted to be supporting the expansion of an established independent electronic security specialist who specialise in the installation, integration, design, service, support and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems. This business has been delivering exceptional experience to it’s customers since 2000 and are looking to expand their teams across the South East due to a high demand in work and new projects flying in! This company specifically works within commercial enviorments with some prestigious brands and systems including Lenal, Genetec, Gallagher and C Cure. If candidates have not worked on these systems they are still welcome to apply as training on these systems will be provided. Please note that those with this system experience will be eligible for the higher end of the salary.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair security systems including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.

Conduct routine maintenance and emergency call-outs as scheduled.

Diagnose and rectify faults with a focus on minimizing system downtime.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professional relationships with clients.

Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Proven experience in servicing and maintaining security systems, specifically CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.

Familiarity with systems such as C-cure, Genetec, Gallagher and Lenel is preferable but not essential.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills.

Valid UK driver’s license.

Flexible to be on a call-out rota (1 in 12 weeks), with compensation of 400 per week on call and 100 per call-out.
