Peopleforce Recruitment are supporting one of their long-standing healthcare partners in their search for an operations administrator. This is a 6 month contract on a two week shift rotation (Week 1: 6am-2pm. Week 2: 2pm-10pm). This is an individual contributor role within the Dundee Operations environment. The Operations Administrator is responsible for processing ERP job orders and transactions within the ERP and supporting the generation, completion, and verification of controlled batch record processes to ensure on-time completion of supply chain operations commitments.
- Conducts all activities in accordance with the Environmental, Health and Safety culture and policies.
- Processes Job Orders and transactions within ERP system for Operations functions, based on requirements of local plans as issued by the ERP system.
- Reviews job orders within ERP to identify any challenges or barriers to effective supply chain delivery.
- Supports the Labelling team in verification of set-up and print operations.
- Accurately follows instructions, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to ensure that processes are executed accurately and in accordance with quality/compliance requirements.
- Completes Quality Documentation to a high standard, right first time, compliant with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Takes full accountability for personal workload; ensuring work is completed on-time, to a high standard, in accordance with site policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as and when requested by Line and/or Department/Senior Manager.
You:
- An understanding of production process control procedures and best practices.
- An ability to navigate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- An ability to navigate Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and execute document control procedures.
