We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to join a highly reputable and growing organisation within the electronic security sector. About the Role
You will take full responsibility for the engineering and lifecycle management of a portfolio of client sites across your designated area. This is a field‑based, self‑managed position where you will oversee day‑to‑day planning, technical delivery, and ongoing system performance. Working across a range of high‑profile commercial environments—including major retail, national organisations, and public sector clients—you will play a key role in maintaining service excellence and building strong client relationships. You’ll be supported by a dedicated operations contact, access to strong technical resources, and regular engagement with senior leadership through structured reviews. Initial onboarding will include close support from regional management and experienced peers to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service, maintenance, and lifecycle activities across your assigned client base
