We are searching for a business support investigator to monitor customer complaints to identify patterns, investigate potential issues, and raise concerns when product or process problems may exist.
Key Responsibilities
- Review complaint data to identify trends and recurring issues.
- Investigate trends using available data and information.
- Escalate findings when trends suggest potential product or process problems.
- Work with stakeholders and incorporate their feedback and guidance.
- Complete required training before performing tracking and trending activities.
- Follow established procedures and the Quality Management System (QMS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Hours: Monday - Friday On site in Witney 12 month contract.
