Peopleforce Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency with a proven track record in supporting the Aviation sector across Europe. We are expanding our team and are looking for a driven Recruitment Resourcer to support delivery across a busy, international contract desk.
This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role supporting contract placements across the European aviation maintenance sector. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants to identify, engage, and manage skilled contractors, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified contract candidates across Europe using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of aviation maintenance professionals (e.g. licensed engineers, mechanics, technicians)
- Conduct candidate screening, qualification calls, and compliance checks
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Support consultants with live roles, shortlisting, and pipelining candidates
- Support with onboarding of contractors and admin tasks as required
- Develop knowledge of the European aviation maintenance market and contractor landscape
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition (ideally within fast paced contract or temporary markets) is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates across different European regions
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Interest in aviation or travel is advantageous
- Fluency in additional European languages is a bonus but not essential
