The Role
As a Junior Service Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers, receiving comprehensive on-the-job training while assisting with the installation, servicing and commissioning of electronic security systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the installation and servicing of CCTV, Access Control and integrated security systems.
- Learning to commission and maintain modern IP-based security technologies.
- Supporting senior engineers on customer sites.
- Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Following health and safety procedures and company best practices.
- Developing your technical knowledge through structured training and mentoring.
Initially, you will work under the guidance of experienced engineers before progressing towards working independently as your skills develop.
