Our client, in the FMCG industry, requires the services of an experienced Retail Operations Manager for several food stores in the region.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Control and monitor the quality of all activities and produce in the butcheries
  • Drive and manage all promotional activities and report on all sales activities
  • Manage all stock in the region
  • Monitor the hygienic and safety processes
  • Perform people management functions for the Region
  • Complete administrative duties for the Region

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the meat industry
  • Retail experience
  • Knowledge of meat cuts/products would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of IR and FMCG principles
  • Knowledge of merchandising standards and principles
  • Knowledge of butchery hygiene and safety standards
  • A valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
