Our client, in the FMCG industry, requires the services of an experienced Retail Operations Manager for several food stores in the region.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Control and monitor the quality of all activities and produce in the butcheries
- Drive and manage all promotional activities and report on all sales activities
- Manage all stock in the region
- Monitor the hygienic and safety processes
- Perform people management functions for the Region
- Complete administrative duties for the Region
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the meat industry
- Retail experience
- Knowledge of meat cuts/products would be advantageous
- Knowledge of IR and FMCG principles
- Knowledge of merchandising standards and principles
- Knowledge of butchery hygiene and safety standards
- A valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
