An established global technology company specializing in AI-powered fleet safety, telematics, and mobility solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to support its continued expansion throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). For more than two decades, the company has helped organizations improve driver safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability through an advanced SaaS platform that combines real-time driver coaching, predictive analytics, AI-powered insights, and comprehensive fleet intelligence. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Sales, based in the United Kingdom, this is a highly visible individual contributor role offering the opportunity to help drive the company's next stage of international growth.
Compensation
Excellent earning opportunity. Base salary ranging from £80,000 to £95,000, commensurate with experience, plus an uncapped commission plan of equal value. Expected total on-target earnings range from approximately £160,000 to £190,000 OTE, together with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across assigned territories throughout the EMEA region.
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans focused on enterprise growth.
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close complex SaaS opportunities with enterprise organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive business development.
- Deliver compelling executive presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Build trusted relationships with C suite executives, operational leaders, and key business stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to maximize revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
- Monitor competitive activity, customer requirements, and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry conferences, and regional business events.
Requirements - What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of successful B2B enterprise technology sales experience, including at least 2 years selling enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Proven history of independently generating pipeline and closing complex enterprise software opportunities.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise business applications or software platforms using a consultative, solution-selling approach.
- History of closing enterprise transactions typically ranging from US$100,000 to US$500,000 ARR.
- Strong business development and hunter mentality with the ability to own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
- Excellent executive presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working within international or multicultural business environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Willingness to travel throughout the EMEA region as business needs require.
