PeopleCert is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PRINCE2). You will be responsible for defining and executing the global product marketing strategy for the PRINCE2 portfolio, ensuring strong market positioning, compelling messaging, and successful go‐to‐market execution to drive commercial growth and maintain PRINCE2's market leadership worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Own the global product marketing strategy for the PRINCE2 portfolio.
- Define and maintain PRINCE2 value propositions, positioning, and messaging across all customer segments.
- Lead go‐to‐market planning and execution for PRINCE2 product launches, updates, and lifecycle initiatives.
- Translate PRINCE2 principles, practices, and governance concepts into clear, customer‐centric narratives that demonstrate measurable business value.
- Partner with Product Management to align market needs with the PRINCE2 product roadmap.
- Enable Sales and Business Development teams with sales presentations, messaging frameworks, and market insights.
- Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitor analysis within the project management and PRINCE2 ecosystem.
- Support regional marketing teams with localized PRINCE2 campaigns while maintaining global consistency.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Content teams on PRINCE2‐focused campaigns and assets.
- Monitor and report on product marketing performance and adoption metrics for PRINCE2.
- Act as an internal PRINCE2 subject‐matter expert for stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure their work and presence are aligned with company's core values — quality, innovation, passion, integrity, clarity, and velocity.
- 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Portfolio Marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration. Master's degree desirable.
- Strong hands‐on experience with PRINCE2 and project management methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering global go‐to‐market initiatives.
- Experience marketing professional frameworks, methodologies, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‐functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to operate in a fast‐paced, global, matrixed environment.
- Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
- Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software will be considered an asset.
