Are you interested in working with a leading education technology player, the global leader in the assessment and certification of professional skills industry with presence in more than 200 countries worldwide? The UK Operations Coordinator for HSTC SELT delivery is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, overseeing test center activities, training staff, and enhancing the overall candidate experience across LanguageCert’s SELT delivery sites. This role involves managing part-time staff at multiple UK locations and supporting business development initiatives. Regular travel across the UK and frequent on-site presence at various High Stakes Test Centres (HSTCs) is required.
Work with the Head Office Operations Team to introduce and refine operational processes and contingency plans for unexpected challenges. Deliver in-person training to HSTC staff across the UK, ensuring they are well-versed in test delivery procedures, security measures, customer service expectations, and system updates. Step in to provide TCA emergency cover at test centers when needed or assist in sourcing temporary replacements. Monitor the quality of the test center environment to ensure this aligns with professional and operational standards and that branding is adhered to. Provide insights to Business Development and Marketing teams based on site visits to identify local growth opportunities. Support outreach initiatives, such as distributing promotional materials to potential partners and clients during site visits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment would be considered a plus.
- Exceptional command of the English language (native-like fluency or C2 level certification preferred).
- Strong IT proficiency, including email, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams, both in person and remotely.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the UK.
- Native or near-native Greek language speaking is essential.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs). All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared. A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check and financial background check are required. In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
