Help shape the future of online dispute resolution, public mediation, and legal consensus systems. PeopleClaim and Gaming4Good (G4G) are recruiting law students and recent graduates for an experimental Legal Innovation Fellowship focused on:

  • Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
  • Mediation and arbitration
  • Legal technology (LawTech)
  • Artificial intelligence and law
  • Public policy and legal consensus
  • Collaborative problem-solving systems

Fellows will participate in gamified legal deliberations involving real-world and hypothetical disputes, current legal issues, and emerging policy debates.

Fellows May:

  • Analyze disputes and propose settlement options
  • Debate legal and policy issues with other participants
  • Vote on legal, regulatory, and public policy topics
  • Host and moderate discussions on current legal developments
  • Contribute to consensus reports and legal commentary
  • Help explore new approaches to digital dispute resolution and public mediation
