The Winchester Hotel & Spa is seeking a People, Learning & Development Coordinator to support the hotel’s people strategy and onboarding, development, and training initiatives. You will work closely with managers to identify training needs and ensure colleagues have the skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
This role covers two hotels, requiring occasional travel between the Elvetham Hotel and the Winchester Hotel & Spa.
