The Role… Work orders rely on being planned successfully and this is your opportunity to be there at the beginning, to map out what needs to be achieved. You’ll communicate with various colleagues and customers, to ensure requirements and expectations are clearly defined. These requirements will then need to be translated into accurate and concise work instructions for our operational teams.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved in:

  • Planning activities for operational teams using various systems.
  • Monitoring work output from beginning to completion, ensuring progress is recorded and communicated regularly.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for operations colleagues, to help provide resolutions to any issues.
  • Processing, raising and closing traffic management, footway, road closures, notice and permit requests.
