We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join our team delivering clean water mains renewal projects. You’ll oversee site teams, manage resources, and work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely and to specification.
- Manage programme, resources, budgets, and site logistics, including temporary works and lifting operations.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, environmental and quality plans, and company policies.
- Act as first escalation point for site issues and support the Project Manager in delivering objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and operational teams to maintain progress and minimise disruption.
You have proven experience on clean water mains renewal projects, managing teams and site delivery. You are technically confident, with knowledge of Thames Water standards, temporary works, service avoidance, and CDM regulations. Additionally, you will have SMSTS, a clean UK manual driving licence, Streetworks Supervisor (NRSWA), Water Hygiene, and First Aid qualifications. Strong leadership, communication, organisational skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach are essential.
