We’re now looking for a Sales Data Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our commercial success - leading the delivery of our corporate RFP process and ensuring the accuracy, integrity and performance of our sales data across the business. What you’ll be doing

As Sales Data Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end RFP process, supporting the contracting of over 2,000 corporate clients and contributing to significant room revenue across the group. You’ll lead the RFP Administration team, working closely with the Sales Analytics & Support Manager to ensure that systems, processes and data are aligned, accurate and continuously improving.

  • RFP Management & Delivery
    • Manage and coordinate the corporate RFP process across all systems and channels
    • Oversee the RFP inbox, responding to queries and managing requests efficiently
    • Support the administration of RFPs using Salesforce (SFDC) and Cvent (Lanyon)
    • Build RFPs, set up rate plans and manage user access within systems
  • Rate Loading & Distribution
    • Ensure all agreed rates are loaded accurately and within SLA across Opera and iHotelier
    • Monitor and distribute rates across relevant channels and platforms
    • Maintain consistency and accuracy across all systems
  • Data Integrity & Auditing
    • Lead ongoing audits across RFP tools, Salesforce, Opera and iHotelier
    • Identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies and opportunities within data sets
    • Oversee the creation and maintenance of company, agent and source profiles
    • Support hotels in maintaining strong data standards and processes
  • Systems, Reporting & Projects
    • Support reporting development and system enhancements
    • Assist with system implementations and wider commercial projects
    • Build and maintain menus and M&E packages within Opera
    • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and efficiency
    • Act as a key link between central teams and hotel sales teams
    • Confidently challenge inefficiencies and improve ways of working
    • Build strong, positive relationships across all levels of the business
    • Deputise for the Sales Analytics & Support Manager when required
