Bowood Court Care Home is seeking a Chef Manager to lead the kitchen team, plan and cook nutritious, well-balanced meals that meet dietary needs and resident preferences. You will manage rotas, budgets, stock control and supplier relations while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
You will also supervise and develop staff, monitor resident satisfaction, attend meetings, and ensure compliance with HACCP, COSHH, Health & Safety.
