Working as part of the Anglian Water Alliance, we collaborate with partner organisations to share knowledge, develop innovative solutions and improve performance across our delivery programmes. We’re looking for a Co-Creation Enabling Manager to help bring innovation and operational delivery together, supporting teams to introduce new ways of working and improve efficiency across capital delivery projects. The Integrated Maintenance, Repair and Development Services (IMRDS) supports the maintenance, repair and improvement of water networks, helping to deliver reliable services to customers every day.
Activities
- Supporting the introduction and adoption of innovative ideas across construction and operational teams
- Helping to turn pilot projects and trials into practical, scalable delivery solutions
- Working closely with innovation, construction and operational colleagues to improve ways of working
- Supporting teams to introduce modern construction techniques, digital tools and efficiency improvements
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, contractors and supply chain partners
- Promoting a culture of collaboration, shared ownership and continuous improvement
- Supporting the safe introduction of new technologies, processes and working methods
- Working alongside Health, Safety and Wellbeing teams to ensure safe systems of work are maintained
- Supporting workshops, site engagement and team discussions to encourage innovation and feedback
- Monitoring performance improvements and helping demonstrate the value of new initiatives
Qualifications
Experience supporting innovation, transformation or improvement programmes within construction, utilities or operational environments. You’ll be confident working across multiple teams and organisations, helping turn strategy into practical delivery on site. You’ll be comfortable challenging traditional ways of working and encouraging teams to adopt new approaches. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to support behavioural and cultural change. A strong commitment to health, safety and wellbeing is key, alongside an understanding of CDM regulations and safe working practices.
