We are seeking a strategic Cluster Financial Controller to lead the financial performance and compliance of multiple hotel properties within the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial operations for a cluster of hotels
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and brand reporting standards
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Supervise finance teams across the cluster and promote best practices
  • Monitor cash flow, P&L performance, and cost controls
  • Liaise with auditors and manage external/internal audit processes
  • Support GMs and senior management with commercial decision-making
  • Implement process improvements to increase financial efficiency
