We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our back of house team members at Lucky Cat - 22 Bishopsgate.
What you do as a Pastry Chef de Partie:
- Youprideyourselfonrunningthepastrysection,preparing,bakingandpresentinghigh qualitydesserts,usingacreativeflairandtakingresponsibilityforalldishescomingoutof yoursectionwhilstensuringconsistentpresentationandmemorableguestexperiences
- You’reconfidentinleading,traininganddevelopingthemorejuniormembersoftheteam andyounaturallyenjoybuildingrelationshipswithothers
- You’rekeentouseyourgreatbaking,organisationalandtimemanagementskills,creativity, andpassionforexcitingandinnovativedishestoensurethehigheststandardsareconstantlyachieved
