Factory Operative - Modular PODS & PUCS
Location: Carlton on Trent, NG23 6NT
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm and Friday 7:30am to 3:00pm
JRL Modular are looking for Factory Operative to assembly Utility Cupboards, you will need ideally an eletrical background or able to use hand tools.
This is a Permanent PAYE position based at JRL Modular factory in Newark, NG23.

DUTIES
- Assembly of modular apartments, bathrooms & utility cupboards
- basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical & other maintenance duties
- Ensure all Company procedures are followed.
- To undertake any training as required, and to also assist in the training of other team members in the tasks you are proficient at.
- Ensure factory areas and your work space is kept tidy and clear and that a high level of housekeeping is maintained.
- To work safely and take responsibility for the Health & Safety of yourself and your colleagues.
- Any other duties required by factory supervisors.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- Previous assembly or basic construction experience is preferred but not essential
- Manual handling and use of power tools preferred but not essential
- A flexible Team player with a responsive and can do attitude.
- Ability to follow a process and work to targets – H&S, Quality and Productivity.
- Punctual with an excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.
