  • Promoting continual improvement and encouraging innovative ideas, sharing best practice across the business
  • Ensuring all administration and reporting is completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to plan works effectively and optimise labour, plant, and materials while reducing risk
  • Championing a right-first-time approach and a strong zero-harm safety culture

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have previous experience in a supervisory role within the water or construction sector, ideally delivering clean water or mains renewal projects.
  • You will hold a full, clean UK manual driving licence and have the relevant site-based qualifications, including Streetworks Supervisor (NRSWA) and SMSTS.
  • A good working knowledge of water hygiene, service avoidance, and first aid is essential, along with the ability to lead teams safely and effectively in a live operational environment.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills (including Microsoft Office) will support success in this role.

In this fast-paced environment, your health and safety expertise, combined with a practical, hands-on leadership style, will be key to delivering high-quality outcomes.
