We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator with a strong work ethic to join our friendly team in Harefield.

The Role:

This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys a busy role, where you can take control and get things organised. Here are a few examples of your likely daily tasks:

  • Processing of both a weekly and a monthly payroll (rotated amongst the team)
  • Input/Upload data relating to employee payments & deductions for both weekly & monthly payrolls
  • Issuing of tax forms (P45's)
  • Handling enquiries from employees
  • Reconciliation of deductions and completion of 3rd party payments
  • Statutory returns and submissions i.e EPS/FPS
  • Monthly and Weekly reconciliations

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to summarise and interpret complex information using oral and written methods to meet the needs of a diverse audience.
  • Have the ability to produce manual calculations for PAYE, NI, Pension and statutory payments for checking & verification purposes.
  • Work with accuracy and an eye for detail, with a meticulous, systematic approach to problem solving.
  • A proven track record in a high-volume payroll environment is highly desirable.

Experience in the following would be beneficial: Resource link / Zellis, MS Office, Excel (Vlookups and pivot tables).
