The role
We have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Marcoms Project Manager. You’ll join a small, talented and well-respected In-House Marketing & Communications team, where people take pride in what they do and support each other to get things over the line. The team are responsible for how Clancy feels, looks and sounds. This manifests into a wide range of communications including film, moving image, animations, social media, internal campaigns, employer branding, corporate events etc. You’ll play a key role in helping the team deliver, acting as the central point for incoming requests and making sure projects are well organised, clearly scoped and delivered on time. It’s a role where you’ll be working with different teams, keeping projects moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Here are some of the things you’ll be doing...
- Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming marketing and communications requests across the business
- Implement and manage a structured project intake process (briefing forms, workflows, approval stages)
- Assess project briefs for clarity, scope, timelines and resource requirements
- Prioritise projects in line with business objectives, deadlines and available resources
- Maintain a clear and up-to-date project pipeline and production schedule
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing and communications initiatives
- Coordinate internal team members (design, digital, content, communications) and external agencies or suppliers
- Track progress against milestones, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and business requirements
- Manage project dependencies across multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including construction, bid teams, business development, HR and leadership
- Liaise with clients PR and marketing teams for external approvals
- Set clear expectations around timelines, deliverables and approval processes
- Facilitate regular project updates and status reporting and manage feedback and approvals efficiently to avoid delays.
- Monitor project budgets and report on costs
- Support forecasting of workload and resource capacity within the team
- Coordinate procurement and briefing of external suppliers where required
- Continuously improve project management processes, tools and workflows
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting dashboards
- Provide regular reporting on project status, workload and performance metrics
- Support the development of best-practice marketing project management standards

- A full and valid UK driving license is essential - Main location is Harefield but there will also be travel throughout the UK
