Clancy are looking to recruit a permanent Water Network Team Leader. This position is perfect for those who enjoy a physical job outside, and an ability to perform in a physically demanding role, as well as all-weather conditions.
Here are some of the daily activities you'll be involved with:
- Locate and repair mains water defects
- Checking equipment and systems are fit for use, maintained and fully operational
- Ensure strict adherence to all Clancy Group health, safety and environmental regulations
- Acting as a mentor and coach for less experienced colleagues
We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with a good all-round knowledge and understanding of the construction & water industry
- A full, clean driving licence is essential and a NRSWA qualification is highly desirable
- Experience in underground service detection using tools like CAT and Genny and a strong awareness of health and safety practices is essential
- While a CSCS card or equivalent is desirable, experience with machine driving (such as diggers or excavators) is also valuable
