Clancy are looking to recruit a permanent Water Network Team Leader. This position is perfect for those who enjoy a physical job outside, and an ability to perform in a physically demanding role, as well as all-weather conditions.

Here are some of the daily activities you'll be involved with:

  • Locate and repair mains water defects
  • Checking equipment and systems are fit for use, maintained and fully operational
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Clancy Group health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Acting as a mentor and coach for less experienced colleagues

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with a good all-round knowledge and understanding of the construction & water industry
  • A full, clean driving licence is essential and a NRSWA qualification is highly desirable
  • Experience in underground service detection using tools like CAT and Genny and a strong awareness of health and safety practices is essential
  • While a CSCS card or equivalent is desirable, experience with machine driving (such as diggers or excavators) is also valuable
