We are looking for a motivated Cloud Support Engineer to join a project-based team supporting AWS and Azure environments across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Monitor AWS & Azure cloud environments
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and incident support
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams
- Support users with cloud access and configuration requests
- Maintain incident documentation and logs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple projects
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
- Basic knowledge of Azure services (VMs, Storage, AD, Monitor)
- Familiar with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with shift support or on-call duties if required
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to ITIL processes
- Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Prior internship or working experience in cloud support
