Working closely with the wider management team, you will oversee the daily housekeeping operation, supporting and guiding the housekeeping team while ensuring all bedrooms, communal areas and shared spaces remain organised, hygienic and maintained to an exceptional standard. Alongside managing daily routines, you will help oversee stock management, infection prevention procedures and ensure housekeeping processes run smoothly throughout the home.
This role is ideal for someone with previous housekeeping experience who takes pride in high standards and is confident leading others. Your attention to detail, organisation and ability to maintain a consistently welcoming environment will have a direct impact on resident comfort, wellbeing and the overall experience throughout the home.
What Matters Most
- Previous housekeeping experience within healthcare, hospitality or similar environments is essential
- Previous experience supervising or supporting a housekeeping team is beneficial
- Good understanding of cleaning standards, infection prevention and health and safety procedures
- Strong organisational skills with confidence managing daily housekeeping operations
- Reliable, professional and proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
- Genuine understanding of how environment and presentation directly impact resident wellbeing
