As HR Business Partner, your focus will be:

  • Performance & Development
    • Use appraisal data and our talent matrix to spot and support both high performers and those who need a little extra help
    • Coach and guide managers to create meaningful development and recognition plans
    • Champion learning opportunities and help shape career journeys for our people
    • Advise on structures and roles to ensure we’re set up for success, with the right people in the right place at the right time
    • Support initiatives that improve efficiency and flexibility across hotels and support functions
  • Engagement & Culture
    • Be a true advocate for engagement, using feedback and forums to identify areas for improvement
    • Partner with managers to drive action plans that make our hotels great places to work
    • Promote a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and open communication
  • Talent & Succession
    • Own the talent agenda within your hotels, ensuring succession plans are active and up to date
    • Get involved in collaboration activities and development centres for our rising stars
    • Help ensure we always have the right people in our pipeline for future success
  • Recruitment & Selection
    • Support managers to use our recruitment process confidently and effectively
    • Partner with our recruitment team to bring extraordinary talent into our hotels
  • Employee Relations
    • Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations cases
    • Equip and upskill managers to handle ER processes fairly, consistently, and with confidence

What you’ll bring:

  • Experienced in HR partnering, with a strong understanding of employee relations, engagement, and talent management
  • A natural coach who can build trust, influence and guide managers
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to balance people priorities with business needs
  • Adaptable and confident in working with both hotel operations and central support teams
