- Performance & Development
- Use appraisal data and our talent matrix to spot and support both high performers and those who need a little extra help
- Coach and guide managers to create meaningful development and recognition plans
- Champion learning opportunities and help shape career journeys for our people
- Advise on structures and roles to ensure we’re set up for success, with the right people in the right place at the right time
- Support initiatives that improve efficiency and flexibility across hotels and support functions
- Engagement & Culture
- Be a true advocate for engagement, using feedback and forums to identify areas for improvement
- Partner with managers to drive action plans that make our hotels great places to work
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and open communication
- Talent & Succession
- Own the talent agenda within your hotels, ensuring succession plans are active and up to date
- Get involved in collaboration activities and development centres for our rising stars
- Help ensure we always have the right people in our pipeline for future success
- Recruitment & Selection
- Support managers to use our recruitment process confidently and effectively
- Partner with our recruitment team to bring extraordinary talent into our hotels
- Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations cases
- Equip and upskill managers to handle ER processes fairly, consistently, and with confidence
- What you’ll bring
- Experienced in HR partnering, with a strong understanding of employee relations, engagement, and talent management
- A natural coach who can build trust, influence and guide managers
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance people priorities with business needs
