What you’ll be doing

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in creating an environment where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. You’ll be a trusted partner to our hotels and central teams, helping to shape the people agenda, drive engagement, and ensure our values of being bold, adaptable and real, shine through in everything we do.   • Performance & Development
    • Use appraisal data and our talent matrix to spot and support both high performers and those who need a little extra help
    • Coach and guide managers to create meaningful development and recognition plans
    • Champion learning opportunities and help shape career journeys for our people
    • Advise on structures and roles to ensure we’re set up for success, with the right people in the right place at the right time
    • Support initiatives that improve efficiency and flexibility across hotels and support functions
  • Engagement & Culture
    • Be a true advocate for engagement, using feedback and forums to identify areas for improvement
    • Partner with managers to drive action plans that make our hotels great places to work
    • Promote a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and open communication
  • Talent & Succession
    • Own the talent agenda within your hotels, ensuring succession plans are active and up to date
    • Get involved in collaboration activities and development centres for our rising stars
    • Help ensure we always have the right people in our pipeline for future success
  • Recruitment & Selection
    • Support managers to use our recruitment process confidently and effectively
    • Partner with our recruitment team to bring extraordinary talent into our hotels
  • Employee Relations
    • Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations cases
    • Equip and upskill managers to handle ER processes fairly, consistently, and with confidence
