In this role, you’ll provide an efficient, accurate, and proactive administration service, helping your colleagues to continue delivering exceptional results and delighting our customers. You’ll be an essential part of the team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and that our projects stay on track.
Here are just some of the activities you will be involved in:
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the team organised and on track.
- Using management information systems to accurately capture, track, and report data, ensuring deadlines and timelines are consistently met.
- Handling incoming correspondence and ensuring it reaches the right people in a timely manner.
- Processing timesheets and supporting payroll processes.
- Invoicing customers and following up on queries where necessary.
