We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Apprentice Planner. Clancy is a great place to start your career, as we’re a corporate member of the AOA (Association of Apprentices), that connects apprentices across the UK via a dedicated social and professional networking platform.
Here are just some of the activities you will be involved with:
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Handling incoming calls, emails and messages
- Updating systems to capture and report accurate data
- Supporting planning applications
- Assisting Planners to schedule works
- Supporting with producing clear and concise work instructions for operational teams
- Supporting with case management of customer enquiries
What do you need?
Great communication skills, excellent attention to detail and an enjoyment of problem solving are essential, along with GCSE Grade C/4 passes in Maths and English or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Office along with a proactive and positive attitude is essential, as is a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
