We’re looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Sustainability Analyst to help us turn sustainability data into clear insights, strong reporting, and practical improvements across the business.

The Role

Working closely with our Group Sustainability Advisor, you’ll be supporting the delivery of our sustainability and environmental objectives by collecting and analysing data (carbon, waste, energy), tracking performance, and helping produce high-quality reporting, including monthly board reporting and social value metrics. You’ll also get involved in the day-to-day delivery of our sustainability approach, supporting our Environmental Management System and ISO 14001 activities, audits, and continuous improvement.

Here are some of the activities you’ll get involved with:

  • Collecting, validating and analysing environmental data to spot trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Preparing clear reports and dashboards for different audiences, including monthly board reporting and social value metrics.
  • Supporting sustainability strategy delivery and turning plans into actions that teams can realistically use.
  • Helping maintain and improve our Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), including evidence gathering and document control.
  • Supporting internal and external audits, tracking actions through to completion, and helping embed learning afterwards.
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to improve data quality, encourage good practice, and support continuous improvement.
  • Helping with compliance activities linked to environmental and sustainability commitments, including monitoring and review.

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:

  • You are a recent graduate with a degree in a sustainability/environmental discipline.
  • Strong data analysis skills and a genuine interest in sustainability, with the confidence to explain what the numbers mean in plain English.
  • That you're comfortable interpreting environmental metrics, communicating insights clearly, engaging stakeholders effectively, and juggling multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
  • It would be great (but not essential) if you’ve had exposure to any of the following through study, placement or a project: carbon reporting, environmental compliance, ISO 14001, waste/energy reporting, or social value measurement.

Please note that we are unable to accept applications from candidates seeking sponsorship.
