Qualifications / What we are looking for

You are a graduate who is eager to build a career in bid management, we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and able to keep a cool head when managing multiple timelines and competing demands.

You’ll need to be inquisitive, analytical and self-motivated, with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail. Being confident with Microsoft Office packages is essential, and you should be comfortable working with data and documents in a fast-paced environment.

A background or interest in civil engineering or construction would be favourable, though not essential, as many of our bids relate to civils projects. What matters most is your drive to learn, contribute and grow within the role.
