The Role
We’re looking for a Fleet Reporting Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and producing clear reports and dashboards that help our fleet team make smarter decisions.
You’ll play a key role in providing accurate management information (MI), developing Power BI dashboards, and ensuring our fleet data is reliable and consistent. Your insights will support day-to-day operations, improve performance, and help reduce risk.
Here are some of the activities you\’ll be involved in…
- Producing accurate MI reports on fleet performance and utilisation
Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to highlight key metrics
- Analysing insurance and incident data to identify risk trends
- Managing large data sets, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Providing ad-hoc reporting and insights to support operational decisions

Strong Excel skills and experience building dashboards in Power BI. The ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and experience working with large data sets and strong attention to detail.
