Your Role
As a Bartender, you'll be the storyteller behind the bar - crafting drinks with flair, connecting with guests, and setting the tone for stylish, social experiences. Whether it's a quiet nightcap or a buzzing Friday night, you'll bring energy, elegance, and expertise to every shift.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and serve a range of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Engage guests with warmth, confidence, and a touch of theatre.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually stunning bar area.
- Share your knowledge of ingredients, pairings, and seasonal specials.
- Support the wider F&B team during service and events.
- Handle transactions and guest feedback with professionalism and charm.
