In a few short years we've grown to over 40 hotels, partnering with some of the world's most recognised brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Radisson. Through our partnership with Pyramid Global Hospitality, we're not only connected across the UK, but connected across the globe.

That growth means something real for you. The people who join us now help shape where we go next, and we have a strong track record of promoting from within. For the right Sales Director, this is a chance to grow with a business that's going places.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Tucked away on Great Russell Street in historic Bloomsbury, Radisson Blu Hotel, London Tottenham Court Road puts the West End, the British Museum, Covent Garden and Oxford Street right on the doorstep. With 186 rooms behind a beautiful Edwardian façade and eight flexible, daylit meeting spaces, it's a hotel with a great story to tell, and we're looking for a Sales Director to tell it.

This is a hands-on, proactive sales role for someone who loves the hunt. You'll own the hotel's new business growth across corporate, groups and meetings & events, and you'll be backed by the Axiom Hub, where sales, marketing, analytics and revenue management come together to help our hotels outperform the market.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with our Commercial & Revenue Manager, you'll:

  • Uncover new accounts through market research, networking, sales calls, site visits and fam trips, using Agency360 as a core business intelligence tool
  • Build and grow a portfolio of key accounts, from local businesses and TMCs to agencies, travel advisors and event planners
  • Bring the hotel to life for clients through show rounds, hosted site inspections and industry events
  • Negotiate rates and contracts in line with our pricing strategy, working with Revenue and Reservations to optimise rate, availability and yield
  • Spot every chance to upsell rooms, meeting space, food & beverage and additional services
  • Own your pipeline and keep Monday.com, Cvent, Venue Directory and our other online shop windows accurate, current and engaging
  • Report on your activity, pipeline and performance through regular updates and monthly commercial packs
  • Work hand in hand with Operations, Events and Front Office to make sure the business you win is delivered brilliantly

WHO WE'RE LOOKING TO MEET

We'd love to hear from sales professionals who bring:

  • Sales experience within hospitality, hotels or a customer-facing commercial role

  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • A strategic mindset with the drive to roll up your sleeves and make it happen
  • Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Confidence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the corporate and hospitality market

It would be a real advantage if you also have sales leadership experience in hospitality, exposure to MICE and group sales, a strong network across London's travel, corporate and event planning sectors, or experience repositioning or launching high-end properties.
