We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People team. In this fast-paced role, you will have every opportunity to establish yourself as a subject matter expert, whilst building lasting relationships across the business and helping us to modernise our processes and material. This position is the perfect launchpad for someone who is keen to progress their career in the field of L&D.
Here are just some of the activities you’ll get involved in:
- Advise employees and managers on learning needs and development options
- Support business training contacts to use systems and ensure staff hold required qualifications
- Coordinate and monitor training for new starters and existing employees
- Manage trainer schedules, rooms, and resources to ensure smooth delivery
- Track attendance and course usage to maximise efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate training records and databases
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on completed staff training
- Promote learning opportunities and encourage engagement across the organisation
