We have an opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team, providing essential support to our HS2 team based in Euston. As a Commercial Administrator, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to prepare and analyse critical data. Your efforts will ensure that our commercial management team has access to accurate insights and information, enabling them to make informed decisions that positively influence both our financial and operational performance.
Here are a few of the activities you will be involved with:
- Full subcontract management, including onboarding, validating applications, payments, contra charges, and engagement.
- Month-end reporting.
- Updating commercial dashboards in preparation for weekly commercial calls, which are essential for stakeholder engagement and management.
- Running all cost reports, such as ledger, payroll, fuel, and plant, ensuring the data is readily available for analysis.
- Keeping trackers up to date to support the HEMS AQS in managing risks on-site.
- You will be the first line of commercial support for a workstream.
- Weekly analysis and validation of overall volumes.
- Minute-taking during meetings to ensure all actions are captured and followed up.
