As Cluster M&E & Groups Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our Meetings & Events (M&E) and group sales efforts across our hotels. You will support a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the planning and execution of events, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring that each team member is empowered to achieve their full potential. In this role, you will develop strategies to enhance our M&E offerings, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will coordinate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly, reflecting our commitment to warm and exceptional hospitality. Your leadership will inspire your team to meet and exceed targets while creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
