As Cluster M&E & Groups Sales Manager, you will be a key driver in generating revenue through the effective management and promotion of our Meetings & Events (M&E) and group business offerings. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and crafting tailored solutions that align with our commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and to elevate every event to extraordinary levels.
In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies that capitalize on market opportunities, driving revenue growth across our hotels. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance our service offerings. You will also lead initiatives to strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring a unified approach to meeting client needs.
