What you will do
- Follow guidance from senior pastry chefs to prepare and present pastries, desserts and baked items to established recipes and standards
- Develop pastry techniques and product knowledge through hands on preparation, production and presentation
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation throughout preparation and service
- Support the pastry team with stock handling, labelling, dating, storage and rotation in accordance with food safety requirements

As part of our Pastry Kitchen team, you will strive to create memorable and personal experiences for our guests
- Previous experience within a pastry kitchen, ideally in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
- Commitment to food hygiene, cleanliness and safe working practices
- Willingness to learn and develop pastry techniques, product knowledge and presentation skills
- NVQ Level 1 and 2 Catering or equivalent qualification; Level 2 Food Safety and Catering or equivalent beneficial
