The Opportunity
As Breakfast Chef, you'll take ownership of the most important service of the day, ensuring every guest receives a memorable start to their morning.
You'll be responsible for preparing and presenting a wide range of breakfast offerings whilst maintaining the exceptional standards expected within a five-star hotel environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes to five-star standards
- Managing and leading the breakfast service with confidence and efficiency
- Ensuring breakfast buffets and à la carte offerings are consistently well-stocked and beautifully presented
- Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and attention to detail
- Supporting lunch preparation and smooth kitchen handovers where required
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Building positive working relationships across the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Helping create memorable guest experiences through exceptional food and service

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys creating outstanding food experiences.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or Commis Chef within a quality hotel or restaurant environment
- A passion for fresh food, exceptional presentation, and guest satisfaction
- The ability to work independently and confidently manage breakfast service
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- A positive, reliable, and professional approach
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance standards
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy service environment
- A genuine desire to learn, grow, and develop a career within luxury hospitality
