The Abbey is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our small brigade, producing quality fresh foods for our Restaurant, Bars, Room Service and Meetings & Events venues in the UK. You will work across sections with a focus on fresh ingredients, presentation and consistency for both à la carte and buffet service.
You should hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 in food preparation or equivalent, have a passion for cuisine and a strong grasp of Health & Safety standards.
