We have a fantastic opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join our friendly, professional and high performing Spa team at Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service, enjoys working as part of a team and is motivated to achieve high standards. You will be joining a supportive team with strong leadership, where everyone plays an important part in creating an outstanding experience for our guests and members.
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests. You will warmly welcome our Spa members, Hotel residents and Spa Day guests, manage treatment bookings and enquiries, and ensure every guest receives a professional, friendly and personalised experience throughout their visit.
You will need to be well presented, confident and approachable, with excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to remain calm under pressure, work collaboratively and maintain high standards in a busy environment is essential.
Previous Spa or reception experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. What matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to delivering excellent service.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team within a well established luxury resort, working under strong leadership with the opportunity to develop your skills and experience within the Spa and wider Bowood team.
The role is 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings on a rota basis.
