We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team with administration, client liaison, and lead conversion activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications
- Support the organisation of sales appointments and client site visits
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
- Liaise with operational departments to ensure service delivery
- Coordinate promotional mailings and client gifting
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics
- Conduct research on potential clients and competitors
- Provide support at trade shows, sales events, and fam trips
