What you’ll be doing
As a Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and drive guest engagement across all properties.
You will oversee and manage the marketing team, ensuring that all initiatives align with our business objectives and deliver measurable results.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies across digital, social, print, and event channels.
Your expertise in campaign management, analytics, and content creation will be key to driving brand awareness, increasing bookings, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
You will collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals and support the growth of the hotels.

- Coordinating promotional activities and events to engage with guests and the local community

- Working closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and business strategies
- Maintaining relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing efforts
