We have a brand-new opportunity for an experienced Bid & Proposals Writer, to join our growing team, to inspire and collaborate with like-minded colleagues, trailblazing “best in class” proposals and bid submissions, that lead to industry innovation and business growth.
Here are some of the activities you\’ll get involved with…
- Work with the Bid Manager to develop win themes
- Lead storyboard workshops with the bid manager and bid team
- Develop proposals with operations, H&S, commercial, design, innovations and other key stakeholders as required
- Work with the bid manager to develop the bid structure
- Talk and listen to clients to find out their needs and values
- Gather evidence to answer PQQ questions
- Edit existing content were relevant to ensure compliance to current proposal offering
- Put across technical information in easy-to-understand ways, including use of graphics
- Design, write, and edit bid documents
- Keep accurate records and save material to a ‘bid library’ for future use
- Submit bids and support the process through to completion, keeping to strict deadlines
